Official YouTube channel

I decided to open an official YouTube channel -you can find it here- where I will share with you all kind of videos: promotional of books, interviews, step by step tutorials and more. At the moment you can check a promotional video of Forgotten, with several artworks from the three volumes. The video is on english and spanish. You can also check some interviews -only spanish- that I did on the last years, they can be found in the "favorites" section of the channel. I will add more videos in the future, will let you know also in the blog =).

He abierto un nuevo canal oficial en YouTube -acceso aqui- donde poder compartir con vosotros vídeos promocionales, entrevistas, tutoriales y mucho más. De momento está disponible un vídeo promocional de Forgotten, con muestras ampliadas de varias de las ilustraciones que componen los tres volúmenes. El vídeo está disponible en español y en inglés. También podréis acceder a diversas entrevistas -en español- que se han realizado en los últimos años, se pueden encontrar en la sección "favoritos" del canal. Iré añadiendo vídeos a lo largo de los próximos meses, que serán también anunciados en el blog =).

New puzzles 2011 // Nuevos puzzles 2011

                                                   

Two new puzzles are now available for sale by the hand of Heye Verlag. This puzzles have 1000 pieces each one with size 48x68 cm (19x27 inches). The images showcased this time belong to Forgotten 3 and were named "Owl" (real title of the artwork is "Are you coming?") and "Swan" (don't ask me about this one, don't really know why they named it that, since the birds are actually cranes XD. Real name of the artwork is "Dark Passion"). They are available for sale in stores and online shops since january 2011. Find them here.

Dos nuevos puzzles están disponibles a la venta de la mano de Heye Verlag. Tienen 1000 piezas cada uno y un tamaño de 48x68 cm. Las imagenes pertenecen a Forgotten 3 y les han puesto el nombre de "Owl" (título real de la obra "Are you coming?") y "Swan" (no me preguntéis sobre éste, no tengo ni idea de por qué le han llamado así cuando el pájaro que aparece es una grulla XD. From this october, Forgotten 2 and 3 are available in German by the hand of Salleck Publications. You can find them under the titles "Forgotten 2: Das Tor der Schicksale" and "Forgotten 3: Die Hügel der Stille". The two issues are already for sale in comic stores and online. A partir del mes de octubre, Forgotten 2 y 3 están disponibles en Alemán, de la mano de Salleck Publications., con los títulos "Forgotten 2: Das Tor der Schicksale" y "Forgotten 3: Die Hügel der Stille". 3D Puzzle

A new puzzle will be available for sale soon by the hand of Heye Verlag. This time it will be something different: a 3D optik effect puzzle that will feature one of the classic artworks from Forgotten. The product will have 500 pieces and a size of 34x48 cm. You can find info here.

Calendars 2011 / Calendarios 2011

New calendars for 2011 had been released by Heye Verlag. This time there are three new calendars featuring artworks from Forgotten vol 1 and 2. A wall big calendar of 50x70 cm and a smaller calendar of 29,5x30,5 cm, like the ones released last year, but with 12 new artworks each one. And an original Pop Up calendar featuring images with 3D Pop Up effect, 36x35,4 cm. The three of them are now for sale worldwide in stores and online. Check the info to buy them here. Ya están disponibles a la venta nuevos calendarios para 2011, de la mano de Heye Verlag. En esta ocasión se publican tres calendarios con nuevas ilustraciones pertenecientes a Forgotten vol 1 y 2. Un calendario de pared al gran tamaño de 50x70 cm y otro más pequeño, de 29,5x30,5 cm, en la misma línea que los calendarios del año pasado pero con 12 nuevas ilustraciones cada uno. Y un original Calendario Pop Up con imágenes desplegables con efecto 3D, de36x35,4 cm. Estos calendarios se encuentran ya a la venta en todo el mundo, en tiendas especializadas y online. Imaginarios 4 y sorteo de 5 ejemplares de Forgotten 3

The fourth issue of the free magazine online Imaginarios (in spanish) is now available online. In this issue you can find interesting articles about steampunk, Dorian Grey, Alien, Terry Pratchett, books, videogames, films, comics and a lot more. You can also find an article about Forgotten 3 in this issue, and for courtesy of Norma Editorial, you can win a copy of Forgotten 3 (spanish version), since there's a raffle of 5 issues =). El cuarto volumen de la revista online Imaginarios está disponible para descargar gratuitamente. Mi libro Forgotten 3 está ya disponible a la venta en español, y en pre-order en inglés. Se irá publicando en otros idiomas, que os iré informando en cuanto pueda =).

Barcelona Comicon // Salón de Cómic de Barcelona

I will be present on Barcelona Comicon from 7 to 9 of may 2010, presenting my book Forgotten 3. There will be signing sessions on Norma Editorial stand all week-end. Here below you can see dates an hours:
- Friday 7th may: 18:00-19:30 h.
- Saturday 8th may: 10:30-12:00 h and 18:30-20:00 h.
- Sunday 8th may: 10:30-12:00 h.

Este fin de semana se celebra el 28 Salón de Cómic de Barcelona, del 7 al 9 de mayo, en la Fira de Barcelona Montjüic. Estaré presentando allí mi libro Forgotten 3 y durante todo el fin de semana habrá sesiones de firmas en el stand de Norma Editorial. Estos son los horarios:

Forgotten 3 & Expomanga

My third artbook, Forgotten 3: The hills of silence will be released on Spain next 6th of may 2010, by the hand of Norma Editorial. The book will feature around 40 new artworks with four more stories, in 48 pages full color. This book is the third and last volume from Forgotten series. It will be available for sale in stores and online shops. More languages will follow, and I will keep you updated with dates. During next months I will be on several conventions and signing sessions to present the book. Take a look at the events for the next weeks.

Mi tercer libro, Forgotten 3: Las Colinas del Silencio, saldrá a la venta el próximo 6 de mayo 2010 de la mano de Norma Editorial. El libro contiene alrededor de 40 nuevas ilustraciones y cuatro nuevas historias, en 48 páginas a todo color. Este libro es el tercero y último de la serie Forgotten, .
Forgotten 3 estará disponible a la venta en tiendas y online. Habrá varias presentaciones y sesiones de firmas durante los próximos meses, que serán anunciadas en breve. Para comenzar, habrá una presentación audiovisual exclusiva del libro durante el próximo Expomanga de Madrid, que se celebrará del 30 de abril al 2 de mayo 2010. La presentación tendrá lugar el viernes 30 de 18:00 a 19:00 horas. Durante la primera media hora será en la sala multimedia para la visualización del video, y a continuación en escenario para una ronda de preguntas.
También habrá sesiones de firmas el sábado 1. Aquí están las horas y lugares:

- 12:00-13:30 h en el stand de Consejo Friki.
- 17:00-18:30 h en el stand de la APIM (Asociación Profesional de Ilustradores de Madrid)
- 19:00-20:30 h en el stand de Época/Norma Editorial

Forgotten in France / Forgotten en Francia

My artbook series Forgotten is gonna be published on France, under Milady Graphics, the new comic label of Éditions Bragelonne. The first volume, under the title Forgotten 1: Le Royaume Sans Nom, is gonna be released on 12th of february 2010. Second volume will follow soon. It will be available on stores and online shops, you can check it here.

Heye Verlag has published two calendars for 2010 of Forgotten. Each calendar contains 12 artworks from Forgotten I, Forgotten II and some personal works. They're two different sizes: a wall calendar of 50x70 cm with high quality artworks at big size for 34 euros, and a smaller calendar of 29.5x30.5 cm for 9.95 euros. The both of them are now available for sale in stores and online. You can check the artworks of the interior pages on the shop section of my website or in the official website of Heye Verlag.

Heye Verlag ha puesto a la venta dos calendarios de Forgotten para 2010. Los calendarios contienen 12 ilustraciones cada uno, pertenecientes a Forgotten I, Forgotten II y obras personales. Se presentan en dos tamaños: un calendario de pared de 50x70 cm con imágenes en alta resolución y gran tamaño al precio de 34 euros, y otro más pequeño, de 29.5x30.5 cm a 9.95 euros. The english version of Forgotten 2: The Gate of Destinies, published by Heavy Metal, is now available for pre-order on book stores and on several online shops. The book is expected to be released on late february.

La versión inglesa de Forgotten 2: El Portal de los Destinos, publicada por Heavy Metal, ya está disponible para reservar en tiendas especializadas y online. Está previsto que el libro salga a la venta a finales de febrero.

Forgotten 2

My second artbook Forgotten 2: The Gate of Destinies will be released on 30th of October by the hand of Norma Editorial in spanish. The book will feature a good amount of totally new artworks and four more stories, in 48 pages full color. It will be available for sale on book stores and online shops. English version will be available from late february, I will let you know as soon as the pre-order is ready. To present this book I will be on several comic conventions during the next months. Mi segundo libro, Forgotten 2: El Portal de los Destinos, saldrá a la venta el próximo 30 de octubre de la mano de Norma Editorial, en español. Este libro contiene una gran cantidad de ilustraciones totalmente nuevas y cuatro nuevas historias, en 48 páginas a todo color. Estará a la venta en librerías y tiendas especializadas, y también se podrá adquirir online. La versión en inglés estará disponible a partir de febrero; os notificaré el momento en que se pueda reservar. Forgotten will be available in italian version too since this june, published by the hand of Lizard Edizioni. As usually, it will be for sale on Italian stores and online :).

Forgotten in german / Forgotten en alemán

For a good amount of reasons I couldn't let you know until now that Forgotten was published in Germany some months ago. Right now, the book is available in stores and online in spanish, english and german.
