My third artbook, Forgotten 3 is already available for sale in spanish and for pre-order in english. More languages will follow, I will keep you informed =).

To celebrate this I updated all my website Spider's Soul with new design, new artworks, wallpapers, avatars, tutorials, new faq and several other stuff. Check it for a lot of new things ;).

Mi libro Forgotten 3 está ya disponible a la venta en español, y en pre-order en inglés. Se irá publicando en otros idiomas, que os iré informando en cuanto pueda =).
Para celebrarlo, he actualizado completamente mi website Spider's Soul, con nuevo diseño, más ilustraciones, wallpapers, avatares, tutoriales, nueva faq y un montón de cosas más. Echadle un vistazo para ver las novedades ;).

Little update / Pequeña actualización

Okay, I have a good amount of news and things to show that are waiting in my "things to do" list :). Lately I have been working a lot in several projects and the third volume of Forgotten, so it's very difficult for me to find enough time to update. I will try to post everything these days, be ready for a lot of news , and with a bit of luck, some new works ;). For the moment, since my last artwork was posted several months ago, I will show you some little things that I had on my portfolio for a while.

Below this post you can see a design I did for T-shirts of the rol game convention Tierras Baldías of Picassent. I spent a good time with the great people responsible of the event, and make some very good friends :). A big hug from here!!

The other design is a logo I did some time ago for make up artist Lorena Sanchez. Check her website for great works of make up :).

Tengo una gran cantidad de noticias y trabajos que mostrar que llevan un tiempo esperando en mi lista de "cosas pendientes de hacer" :). Ultimamente he estado trabajando mucho en unos cuantos proyectos y en el tercer volumen de Forgotten, asi que me resulta muy complicado encontrar tiempo para actualizar. Intentaré postear todo lo que tengo pendiente durante los próximos días, asi que estad atentos porque habrá muchas noticias, y con un poco de suerte, alguna ilustración nueva ;). De momento, ya que han pasado meses desde la última ilustración que subí, aquí os muestro para abrir boca algunas cosillas que llevan un tiempo escondidas en mi portafolio.

Abajo podéis ver un diseño que se utilizó para las camisetas del evento Tierras Baldías de Picassent. Alli pasé muy buenos momentos con los organizadores del evento e hice muchos buenos amigos :). ¡Un abrazo fuerte desde aquí!

El otro diseño es un logotipo que hice hace algún tiempo para la maquilladora Lorena Sánchez. Visitad su website para ver algunas muestras de su trabajo :).

Facebook

My good friend and great artist Javier Trujillo told me recently that somebody opened a fans club about my artworks on Facebook. For me it was a great surprise and I'm very grateful to the one/ones that opened it and spent part of their time updating there some of my artworks :) (If you read this, I would love if you can contact me ^_^). Taking a look, I saw that a lot of people left their messages there believing that I was the creator of the fans club, but as I'm not, I can't answer to any of their messages. So I opened my own Facebook profile, and there I can be in contact with all of you :). So here I left you the links to my profile on Facebook and the fans club that I talked about ^__^.

Mi buen amigo y compañero de profesión, Javier Trujillo, me ha comentado hace poco que habían abierto un club de fans de mis obras en Facebook. Para mí ha sido una grata sorpresa y quiero agradecerselo a la persona o personas que se han molestado en abrirlo y subir parte de mi obra :) (si leeis esto, me gustaría que os pusierais en contacto conmigo ^_^). Al echarle un vistazo, he visto que mucha gente que escribe comentarios cree que yo soy quien ha creado este club, y claro está, como no lo soy, no puedo contestar a los mensajes que me dejan. De modo que he abierto mi propio perfil en Facebook, y alli si que podré estar en contacto con vosotros :). Back to work / De vuelta

I'm back again, after the summer holidays and several weeks of hard work. I have a lot of news to share with you, between them the release date of my second artbook, Forgotten 2; right now I will let you know some of them and during the next weeks I will keep you updated.
First of all, I wanna send a big hug to all the people that I meet during Imaginamálaga convention. It was a pleasure to meet you and share so many great moments with you all and I hope to repeat next year, and to see you again soon ^___^.
I updated my website, Spider's Soul, with some new images and several photos of Italy, where I was this summer holidays. In the future I will post more photos of Italy, since this is my second travel to that awesome country.

Ya estoy de nuevo por aquí, después de las vacaciones y varias semanas de duro trabajo. Tengo bastantes noticias que anunciar, entre ellas la fecha de publicación de Forgotten 2; de momento os iré adelantando algunas y a lo largo de las próximas semanas os seguiré informando.
Primero de todo, quiero mandar un saludo y un abrazo a todas las personas que he conocido durante las jornadas de Imaginamálaga. Ha sido una grata experiencia que espero poder repetir y ha sido un placer conocer a tanta gente interesante y pasar tan buenos ratos. Espero veros a todos en las próximas jornadas (o si es posible, antes) ^____^.
Mi página web, Spider's Soul, está actualizada con algunas imágenes nuevas y varias fotografías de Italia, que ha sido mi punto de destino estas vacaciones. Más adelante iré incluyendo nuevas fotos, ya que este ha sido mi segundo viaje a este interesante país.

Shade

I just edited a book called Shade, an anthology of graphical stories where artists of diverse points of the world portrait, in form of original and self-conclusive comics, different points of view in the contemporary comic world. Shade is presented as an only issue with the works of professional, semiprofessional and amateur comic authors whose diversity of graphical and narrative styles is showed throughout all the volume.

The book has 160 pages and contains 8 comics done by 7 artists from Spain, Italy and United States. The size is 15x21 cm, high quality printed in black & white, softcover. The artists that show their works in this issue are: Hokane, Van Duran, Studio Kawaii, Lia Fiengo, Maria Abagnale, Ruui Eyvm and Cris Ortega.

The anthology will be for sale at the Manga Convention of Barcelona (Spain, 29-31 october and 1 november), in Norma stores (Spain) and also for all the world in internet in a website of the book, where you can also find information and samples: Shade website.

In this anthology I did not only the design and edition, but also several works:

- comic The Valley of Olives, a love/angst story, 15 pages.

- comic Reflections, an horror story, 45 pages

- script for the comic Freaking Zombies, draw by Hokane, humor story, 11 pages.

Acabo de editar un libro llamado Shade, una antología de relatos gráficos donde artistas de diversos puntos del mundo retratan, en forma de historias originales y autoconclusivas, diferentes puntos de vista en el mundo del cómic contemporáneo. Shade se presenta como un número único en el que se reunen autores profesionales, semiprofesionales y amateur, cuya diversidad de estilos gráficos y narrativos queda patente a lo largo de todo el volumen.

El libro contiene 160 páginas con 8 cómics realizados por 7 artistas de España, Italia y Estados Unidos. El formato es de tamaño 15x21 cm, con muy alta calidad de impresión en blanco y negro, encuadernado en rústica. Los artistas que participan en este número son: Hokane, Van Duran, Studio Kawaii, Lia Fiengo, Maria Abagnale, Ruui Eyvm y Cris Ortega.

La antología estará a la venta en el Salón de Manga de Barcelona (29-31 octubre y 1 noviembre), en tiendas Norma Cómics y en internet a través del website del libro, donde también podréis encontrar información y muestras: Shade website.

En esta antología no sólo realizo el diseño y la edición, sino que también participo con varios trabajos:

Richmond Raiders

This summer I have been working in a commission work for the american football team Richmond Raiders. I did two artworks: the Stadium and the Field House.

It was an interesting project and something different from my usual work :). The works are shown in Richmond Raiders website.

Este verano he estado trabajando en un encargo para el equipo de fútbol americando Richmond Raiders. Se trataba de dos ilustraciones: una del estadio y otra de la casa principal del equipo.

Ha sido un proyecto interesante y bastante diferente de mis trabajos habituales :). Pueden verse en la página web de Richmond Raiders.
